Coaching is a combination of problem solving, goal setting and strategies to help you learn healthy ways to manage stress. Together we will work on your vision, goals and specific action plans you can execute to maximize your personal, professional and overall wellness. I will hold you accountable for action steps towards your goals as provide you with more healthy ways to manage stress and increase productivity each day. Coaching can be done in person, telephone or video conferencing, however a phone screen to determine appropriateness and differentiate between coaching and counseling is required. Coaching may not be the right fit for everyone and is not reimbursable through your insurance provider.

Individual counseling services are supportive, non-judgmental and solution focused clinical therapy to treat symptoms depression, anxiety, stress and other emotional health concerns. I use an eclectic approach to psychotherapy, integrating tools from various evidenced based therapeutic disciplines, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Positive Psychology (PP). Sessions are held at 10 Fairmount Avenue, Chatham NJ or available through videoconferencing.*
