COVID-19 has altered our world. For the time being we are living in uncertain times and now more than ever, it is important to take care of our mental health. I am offering online video workshops focused on emotional wellness tips to help participants stay positive, connected and productive called "Maintaining Emotional Health During COVID19" as well as a version focused specifically on parenting called "Protecting Family Mental Health During COVID19" These, as well as other variations are specifically designed to help employees balance and set boundaries while working at home and will introduce participants to therapeutic tools from mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy, neuroscience, and positive psychology.
